1-- What is the benefit of home structural repair to fix a Crack in my wall?

There are several benefits to having a home structural repair to fix a crack in your wall.

--Prevent further damage. If a crack is not repaired, it can continue to grow and cause more damage to your home. This can lead to structural problems, such as sagging floors and walls, and even flooding.
--Increase the value of your home. A home with a repaired foundation is more valuable than a home with a damaged foundation. This is because buyers are more likely to be interested in a home that is structurally sound.
--Improve your peace of mind. Knowing that your home is structurally sound can give you peace of mind. You won't have to worry about your home falling apart or flooding.

If you have a crack in your wall, it is important to have it repaired as soon as possible. This will help to prevent further damage and increase the value of your home.

Here are some of the most common causes of foundation cracks:

Settling: This is the most common cause of foundation cracks. It occurs when the soil underneath your home settles over time.
Soil movement: This can be caused by things like earthquakes, floods, and heavy rains.
Water damage: Water can seep into your foundation and cause it to crack.
Tree roots: Tree roots can grow underneath your foundation and cause it to crack.
Poor construction: If your foundation was not properly constructed, it may be more likely to crack.
If you have a crack in your wall, it is important to have it inspected by the professionals at All-Dry to determine the cause of the crack and the best course of action for repair.

2--What Are the Benefits of a Home Energy Audit?

A home energy audit is a process that identifies areas where energy is being wasted in your home. The auditor will assess your home's energy use and efficiency, and make recommendations for improvements that can increase energy efficiency, lower energy bills, and make the home more comfortable.

There are many benefits to having a home energy audit, including:

--Save money on your energy bills. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, homeowners who make energy-efficient improvements to their homes can save an average of 15% on their energy bills.
--Increase the value of your home. Studies have shown that homes with energy-efficient upgrades sell for more money than homes without these upgrades.
--Improve your comfort. By making energy-efficient improvements to your home, you can create a more comfortable living environment. For example, by sealing up air leaks and adding insulation, you can reduce drafts and make your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
--Reduce your environmental impact. By using less energy, you can help to reduce your home's carbon footprint and contribute to a cleaner environment.

4--Breathe Easy with Basement Encapsulation by All Dry Basement Systems- Nashville's best basement encapsulation company

Does your basement feel damp, musty, or even a little stuffy? You might not be alone. Basements are prone to moisture problems, which can lead to a host of issues, including mold growth, poor air quality, and even respiratory problems.

Here at All Dry Basement Systems, we specialize in basement waterproofing and structural repair, and one of the solutions we offer is basement encapsulation. But what exactly is encapsulation, and how can it benefit your home?

What is Basement Encapsulation?

Basement encapsulation is a process that essentially seals your basement from the elements. This is done by installing a vapor barrier, typically a high-quality plastic liner, on the walls and floor of your basement. The vapor barrier creates a moisture barrier, preventing water vapor from seeping into your basement and creating a damp environment.

In addition to the vapor barrier, encapsulation often includes:

A dehumidifier: This helps to control humidity levels in your basement, further preventing mold growth and creating a more comfortable environment.
Sealing of foundation cracks and leaks: All Dry specialists will identify and seal any existing cracks or leaks in your foundation, ensuring a comprehensive moisture control system.
Improved drainage: Sometimes, proper grading around the foundation and the installation of drainage systems are necessary to prevent water from pooling around your basement walls.

Why Encapsulation Makes for Healthier Air

By addressing moisture problems in your basement, encapsulation offers a range of health benefits:

Reduced Mold Growth: Mold thrives in damp environments. Encapsulation helps prevent mold growth, which can trigger allergies and respiratory problems.
Improved Air Quality: Mold isn't the only culprit. Damp basements can harbor dust mites, mildew, and other allergens. Encapsulation helps to reduce these contaminants, leading to cleaner, healthier air throughout your home.
Easier Breathing: With less moisture and fewer allergens in the air, you'll likely find it easier to breathe, especially for those suffering from allergies or asthma.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!
"Nick and Jonathan returned to my moms house as a customer service call. They installed the Ez Breathe system in her home to help with basement moisture issues and hopefully to give her some help in her breathing due to her COPD and breathing issues. They did a great job and quickly installed the system. They drove over 4.5 hours to get to her home and did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of services."

FIVE STAR REVIEW!
"I contracted All Dry Basement Systems to repair my foundation from hydrostatic water damage. I operated a mini excavator and dug out six feet from my wall foundation the entire length of the back and one side of my house down to the footer. All Dry Systems, Nick and Dwain along with their crew prepaired the outside foundation wall and applied the Blue Max product, then installed a very heavy millimeter membrane over the Blue Max. They attatched the membrane to the top of the foundation with a track system and screws. they laid out the membrane down the wall over the footer and across the ground in the six foot wide trench I excavated. the crew laid a four inch drain tile/pipe along the entire trench, covered the pipe with twentyfour inches of #57 gravel which I supplied the single axle dump truck and drove to the quarry to get the material.the crew covered the gravel with a breathable/drainable fabric to filter out the dirt and let the drainage water pass through and get to the pipe. I back filled around the outside of the foundation myself. Nick, Dwain and the crew then started on the inside work. Due to the improper drain system installed by the incompetent builder, the foundation failed causing catastrophic failure. This caused a horizontal crack one half inch wide and ran the entire length of the house, with spider cracks running vertically the entire length of the horizontal crack. This cracking let the foundation wall buckle and move in about one and a half inches. The crew used I beams and bottle jacks to true up the wall. they ground out the cracks filled those with an epoxy and installed metal staples to secure from future cracking. The crew also installed nine I beams that bolted into the basement floor, ran vertically and secured into the floor joists with through bolt system, about two feet apart to sure up the wall from future movement. Its been three years and all is working properly. I live in the Northern Ky area and we have had the most rainfall that I can remember. Two weeks ago six inches of rain fell all day, NO LEAKS!!!. Last week we had three inches of rain fall in just 20 minutes, thats right 20 minutes, and NO LEAKS!!! I couldn"t be more happy with the results. I would like to say thank you to All Dry Systems for the great work. Nick and Dwain are great to work with, understanding their customers and explaining their processes and procedures all the way. Nick and Dwain, I can't thank you guys enough for coming all the way to Northern Ky to take care of my very unique situation, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
