The installation crew expressed their commitment to uphold the high quality product and work standards of the All-Dry Company. Mr. Chandler was thorough in his explanation of the diagnosed problem and what procedures would be required to resolve the problem. Once the work was begun, he remained focused and worked very strategically to fulfill and support the proposal specifications. Any work stoppage was minimal and related to tasks attached to securing materials and supplies for the job.

The were very courteous and professional. Mr. Chandler was patient with my questions and inquiries. He willingly collaborated with and shared with interior contractors how best to work to support the All-Dry System as they planned work to upgrade parts of the basement interior walls and supports.

He was diligent in cleanup after every section and phase of the work. He was very careful in his movement throughout the area of the work and other parts of the dwelling not to transfer even small debris or dust.
